Gavin Bennett

After a four-year tenure with FedEx Ground, Gavin successfully transitioned into the IT industry, where he has built a strong foundation in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure. Working with several well-known organizations in the St. Louis area has provided him with valuable experience across multiple areas of information security while reinforcing his passion for helping people solve technology challenges.

When asked why he founded Tailored Technologies, Gavin explains:

“At FedEx, I felt that I made a difference every day, but building lasting relationships was challenging because of the high delivery volume. In IT, you’re constantly helping people solve problems and achieve their goals. Owning a company like Tailored Technologies gives me the opportunity to meet new people, make a positive impact, and build long-term relationships with our customers.”

Outside of work, he enjoys expanding his skills through hands-on projects, including building his own custom computer and designing a home lab environment complete with enterprise-grade firewall solutions. These personal projects allow him to stay current with emerging technologies while gaining practical experience that translates directly to helping clients.

Today, Gavin has four years of professional experience in the IT industry, with expertise in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), firewall management, application security, and Zero Trust security frameworks. He is passionate about helping organizations strengthen their technology environments and looks forward to partnering with clients to achieve their IT and cybersecurity goals.

Lucien Storm

As co-founder of Tailored Technologies, Lucien combines enterprise IT experience with a lifelong passion for technology and innovation. For the past three years, he has worked for a large financial services company, where he oversees the local data center environment and helps ensure the reliability, performance, and security of critical infrastructure.

Technology has always been more than a career for Lucien. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys designing and building his own solutions from the ground up. He has developed a custom Raspberry Pi cluster, automated many aspects of his home, and spent countless hours exploring the practical applications of artificial intelligence. His hands-on experience with AI, automation, and self-hosted technologies allows him to stay at the forefront of emerging trends while finding creative ways to solve real-world problems.

As a co-founder of Tailored Technologies, Lucien enjoys helping people navigate technology with confidence. He believes technology should be approachable, reliable, and designed to make everyday life easier. Whether he's troubleshooting a problem, deploying a new solution, or exploring emerging technologies, he takes pride in building lasting relationships and helping others succeed.
